There are lots of ways in cooking nilagang kamote depending on its own benefits. You can also bake the kamote with a little seasoning with vigies as a side dishes. For a convenient and fast cooking method, you can put the kamote in a microwave for several minutes.

Cook Nilagang Kamote on a Stove Prcedure:

  • You can boil it whole or peel and cut them into cubes.
  • To boil, start by filling a pot with water. Bring to the boil and throw in sweet potatoes to cook until tender.
